Bounce Rate
Percentage of how many single page visits you get. In other words someone who visits your site and then leaves with out going to another page. One thing to note here is that if they get all the information they want on one page, bookmark your site, and return that is also good. So you should understand bounce rates coupled with the other traffic metrics on your site. A good measure is bounce rate versus time on site.
Drop Ships
Drop Ships or drop shipping is the process of where you sell products on assisted selling sites then ship it direct from the vendor. Normally you send an email or process and order through the drop shippers online system. You collect the money from the customer and pay the drop shipper. This is an easy way to sell products without keeping inventory.
