Email is one way we communicate with one another. And there is a lot of email that we read on a daily basis. I think that on a normal day I go through about 100 – 200 emails. As you can see the email signature above has the following elements:

  1. Contact Information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email and Web Address.
  2. Company Logo
  3. Email Disclaimer

Each of these parts of the email signature are important. You can add as many web addresses and other contact information you want on your email signature. The logo can be as big or as small as you need. The email disclaimer is very important to make sure that your email is protected if it is sent in error. You can add a signature to any email program like outlook, gmail, and hotmail.
